Head of Design

A time-served design professional with 10 years’ experience in design, sales and project management in the residential and commercial design & build industry. Experience of design, implementation, building and management of projects up to £1.m in all industry sectors.
Sam oversees the running of the whole business, taking a keen interest in all areas of each project while supporting each team to develop outstanding results for our clients.
DAVID MASON
Head of Mechanical & Electrical
As our head of Mechanical & Electrical, David has accumulated years of experience in the field and aids us in seeing a project from concept to completion. David guides our clients through all the depths of design & build to ensure complete client satisfaction.
David Meaney
Structural Consultant - DKM
With over 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential structural design projects, Dave heads all our structural design projects

Dave is responsible for all structural design and calculations.

Nathan Joce
Head of Construction
Nathan has a mind made for construction and is always working on new ways to best deliver our projects.
Nathan has been a part of the SPE Architectural team for over a year and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction.
HEIDI EDWARDS
Office Manager
A project coorindator and office manager with 3 years experience in administration and marketing. Heidi is the primary point of contact between each department within our Design & Building teams.
Heidi plays a key role in the coordination of each and every one of our projects, ensuring that internal communications and administration are up to date.
TEDDY & LOLA
Team Mascots
Teddy and Lola are responsible for alerting the team to deliveries and visitors.
They specialise in tug of war and afternoon naps.

We are a Design and Project Management Consultancy working in both the residential and commercial sectors in London and the South East.
